When it comes to training, we often neglect our face. Even the cheeks, like any other part of our body, need physical exercise to keep fit. Setting up genetics plays an important role in whether or not we are blessed with Angelina Jolie’s affiliated cheekbones, regular facial exercises will go a long way.
1. The Duck Face
We start off by working the central muscles of our cheeks. Pucker up your lips and open and close your mouth. Make sure you push your lips outward and tense your face to get those muscles working.
Repeat: 15 times
2. The Half Cringe
Just as the name states, imagine something truly cringeworthy. Push one corner of your mouth back while tensing the muscles in your neck. You’re doing it right if you can see the lines on your neck in the mirror.
