Look at your living environment first.
Do you have a big house, a small house or an apartment?
Do you live in the city, on the outskirts or in the countryside?
Do you live near a lake or ocean or forest or mountainous area?
Is it a hot, cold climate or a climate in all four seasons?
Do you have a small yard, a big yard, an acre of land or do you have one?
Is your garden fenced? If you do not have a fenced yard, you should be ready to walk your dog several times a day.
Different breeds, more suited to different environments. For example, if you live in an apartment, you don’t want to buy a medium-sized or large dog that loves running and requires a lot of exercise. Cold weather races don’t work well with heat unless you want to spend money. Dogs with scary hunters, such as lands and hunting dogs, will chase squirrels, rabbits and other prey. There is a risk of loss or collision if the fence is not turned.
